Closer To Your Kids

As we continue on in the "Closer" series this week we discuss how to draw closer to children. Whether old or young, with or without kids of your own, there is an important connection that God has called us to have with those children we have influence with.

Discussion Questions

Talk about some of the children in your life that you have influence over, kids, nieces, nephews, etc. Are there ways in which you may be able to reach them or be a light in their life in some way?

What are some opportunities you may have missed to draw closer to youth in your life?

What are the consequences of being a hypocrite as a Christian in front of your kids or others you may influence?

Many believers come to know the Lord at a young age, what are some ways you can help them to not fall away from the faith as they are sent out into the world as a young adult?

How does discipline draw you closer to your children?
