Cast Your Burden

Many of us carry burdens on our hearts and in our lives. Some of these burdens we place on ourselves, when we were actually called to be free of them through Christ. Other times, we may be called to carry a responsibility that seems too big for us or find ourselves in a trial that is difficult to bear. Is God aware of the burdens that we carry? What does it mean to "cast our burdens upon the Lord?" How can we endure seasons of "burdens" and do it well as believers in Jesus Christ?
