You Matter

When we read things like Gideon defeating an entire army with 300 men or Moses confronting the Pharaoh to take God’s people back from slavery, we see these men as Hero’s and pretty much assume that God could never do something that big through us. This could not be farther from the truth!

God wants to use us, but so often just like Gideon and Moses, we make excuses why God can’t or won’t- our inabilities, our weakness, our fears, our past sin. But God wants us to begin to see ourselves the way he sees us- as valiant warriors, capable & bold mouthpieces, but only by the power given by the Holy Spirit to do all things. But in order to do this, we must begin to think about ourselves the way God does in all the small things of our life, so he can use us in big ways.
