Pure Reputation

A person's reputation is exclusive to their identity. People work hard to carve out how others will perceive them by dressing a certain way, what they post on social media, who they hang out with, what they do, and how they act among others. All of these things combined will expose where a person's heart truly lies, whether that be a heart posture that is sold out to God or themselves. Jesus’ followers are called to be set apart. When people look at followers of Christ, they should see someone different. God’s idea of a pure reputation is not a surface cleansing but a deep cleansing of the heart.
