Internal Spiritual Disciplines

The inner world of desires, distractions, disobedience, and disillusionment can be a mess to say the least and yet God has called us to renew our minds. This is not just a big task that we have to figure out by ourselves, rather he has given us many tools and means of grace so that we can repair the layers of past brokenness and make a path forward in truth, clarity, and in the power of the Holy Spirit. The internal disciplines are a primary way to help tackle what lies beneath the surface of the iceberg.
