Sunday Drivetime Devotion

Ephesians 5:31-32
“For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.” This is a profound mystery—but I am talking about Christ and the church.”
You and your spouse live a life joined together and designed by God Himself as one flesh. We read in Ephesians that this is a profound mystery and represents the sacrificial relationship that Jesus Christ has with His Church. As you go back home, may you have a greater understanding of the plan God has for your lives and for your marriage. May God give you both His strength to reflect His love to the world around you.

Matthew 5:14-16
“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
