Get Understanding
Description:
The book of Proverbs calls for a deliberate and passionate pursuit of wisdom, urging us to receive and treasure God’s words and commandments within their hearts. This pursuit requires turning one’s ear to wisdom and applying one’s heart to understanding, actively seeking insight and knowledge with the same diligence as one would search for hidden treasures. The promise of this earnest quest is profound: those who seek diligently will come to understand the fear of the Lord, through the Word of God, we discover that Jesus Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God, to all who believe.
