Adults Love Others Well

Loving those who are close to us comes naturally, but what about loving those who are harder to love? Favoritism is a damaging behavior that we have all experienced and are often guilty of ourselves. This week, James highlights how serious showing partiality is to God by examining it through the royal commandment of loving your neighbor as yourself. Jesus did not show favoritism to anyone during His time on Earth, and He instructs His followers to do the same.
