Faith is Unwavering

Many years after the creation of humanity, lawlessness increased at an unprecedented rate. When God observed the wickedness of mankind, He declared that He would judge the world through a flood, destroying everything and everyone. However, there was a man named Noah who found favor with God. God asked Noah to do the unthinkable: to build a boat, even though no rain had ever fallen before. One might think, “This seems crazy.” Hebrews 11:7 states, “By faith Noah, being warned by God about things not yet seen, in reverence prepared an ark for the salvation of his household. By this, he condemned the world and became an heir of the righteousness that is according to faith.”

Noah possessed unwavering faith that drove him not only to build something that seemed irrational to the known world but also to proclaim a message of repentance to those around him. Consider this: what if God asked you to do something extreme, something that could be seen as social suicide? The truth is that people around us are perishing, and God calls His followers to step out in faith by making Him known through both truth and action. What is God asking you to do?
