Faith Worships

God’s blessings are abundant and gracious to those who love Him. When we are confronted with the overwhelming love God has for us and consider all that He has blessed us with, our response should be to bless God in return through our wholehearted worship. This week, as we continue marching through the hall of faith in Hebrews 11, we are introduced to Jacob, who, nearing the end of his life, passes on God's blessings to his sons. Like his father before him, Jacob’s faith is firmly anchored in God, and Hebrews 11:21 tells us that he worships God. We often reflect on the countless blessings God has bestowed upon us, but how frequently do we respond with praise and worship for who God is? God is faithful and does bless His followers, but like Jacob, we should respond by blessing Him back with our worship.
