Adults Make War on the Floor

James continues this section, focusing on prayer and highlighting its importance in the life of a Christ follower as he comes to the end of his letter. James stresses the importance of confessing our sins to one another and, most importantly, God. He also explains how spiritual leaders will lift God's children up in prayer, using the example of Elijah the prophet and his persistence in prayer. As we near the end of this series, let us draw near to God in persistent prayer.
