God is Forgiving

Once we come to know Jesus, we are called to forgive as our Heavenly Father forgave us. This is perhaps one of the hardest things to do, especially since our lives are filled with people who have wronged us. You might ask, “How many times should I forgive?” The answer is: an unlimited number. The reality is that we have been forgiven a debt we could never repay, and when we consider the forgiveness extended to us, there is no debt we cannot forgive. This week, we look to the forgiveness God offers those who ask for it—and the forgiveness we are called to extend to others in our lives.
