Fall Fest

Oct 22, 2025    Michael Fitzgerald

The fall season brings a time of celebration that highlights themes of darkness, with decorations and movies featuring devils, demons, witches, and skeletons. Studies show that one-third of people are afraid of the dark, often attributing this fear to the widespread fascination with dark themes. The Bible describes darkness as the opposite of God, linking it to the devil, demons, and our sinfulness. In reality, there is a darkness within each person. While many may not consciously recognize it, they can often feel something is amiss. If given the opportunity to leave the darkness behind and move into the light, would you take it? Jesus is the Light of the world, and anyone who receives Him by faith steps out of darkness and into His marvelous light.
