A Jealous Heart

Oct 19, 2023    Todd Deering

As David comes off of the big win against Goliath the people start to praise him. They praise David and Saul but give David more credit than the king for their victories. This moment marks a shift in the relationship between Saul and David that would never change. King Saul allows jealousy to grip his heart and it consumes him leading to sin and torment in his life for years to come.
