The Supremacy of Christ
Jesus Christ is supreme over all creation and the head of His body, the church. A godly marriage is shaped not by demanding more from one another, but by placing Jesus Christ in His rightful place in our marriage. When both spouses submit to His authority, trust Him to hold all things together, and live in the peace He gives, marriage is marked by humility, unity, and grace.
