NO EXCUSES RECAP - BE BOLD!

SCRIPTURES
James 1:22 |
But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves.

1 Peter 3:13-17 | Now, who will want to harm you if you are eager to do good? But even if you suffer for doing what is right, God will reward you for it. So don’t worry or be afraid of their threats. Instead, you must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it. But do this in a gentle and respectful way. Keep your conscience clear. Then if people speak against you, they will be ashamed when they see what a good life you live because you belong to Christ. Remember, it is better to suffer for doing good, if that is what God wants, than to suffer for doing wrong!

Romans 1:16-17 | For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile. This Good News tells us how God makes us right in his sight. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith. As the Scriptures say, “It is through faith that a righteous person has life.”

DICUSSION
  1. If someone asked you why you are different, why you have hope, or why you’re such a good person, how would you answer them?
  2. In the past, have you ever missed a chance to share the Gospel? When? Why? What could you have done differently?
  3. When are you afraid to let others know that you’re a follower of Jesus? In what ways do you hide your faith?
  4. Why is it important not to be ashamed of the gospel and your faith in Jesus?
  5. How can you start being more bold about your faith? (No excuses!)
