HEAVEN & HELL - Your choice!

Romans 6:23 | For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.

1. According to Romans, the wage or punishment for sin is _______. What kind of death is this verse talking about? 
2. Instead of death, God gives us the choice of eternal (forever) life. How do we choose eternal life in Heaven instead of eternal death in Hell? 
3. What about you- have you chosen death or life? How do you know?

Daniel 12:2 | Many of those whose bodies lie dead and buried will rise up, some to everlasting life and some to shame and everlasting disgrace.

1. People in Hell will feel shame and everlasting disgrace. Why would they feel this way? 

Matthew 25:46 | “And they will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous will go into eternal life.”

1. To be righteous is to be free from sin. Who is righteous? (Read Romans 3:10)
2. Since we can’t be righteous on our own, how can we be ‘declared righteous’ or made right in God’s sight? (Read Romans 3:22)  

Matthew 7:13-14 | “You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way. But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it.
